Does what it says on the tin! November 24, 2008 WOIM I was a bit worried about ordering this given some of the exploding reviews I'd seen on the site, but ordered this and it came couple of days later. I did wonder if it had been damaged as it arrived in a thin cardboard box and plastic bag with no protection. Despite this it charged my MP3 player without problems. The plug does stick a bit in the socket and you have to wiggle it to get it in and out but overall it does what it says on the tin.
Great Product November 20, 2008 Snapian (Perthshire, Scotland) 2.99 delivered free and in 3 days. Charges 3G Nano without difficulty. Should work abroad with plug adapter when I have no computer.

This USB Mains Plug did not work with my Creative Zen V plus MP3 player that I bought it for. However it did charge my Son and Daughters iPod Nano Gen 1 and Gen 3's.
Value for money and functional. July 17, 2008 Lee And Heidi Eastham 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I can't say much more than it does what it says. It's a 3-Pin mains plug with a USB port on it that lets you charge anything that is normally charged via USB. It works with my 32GB iPod Touch and my Bluetooth GPS unit and there's no issues. I found it did charge faster than via USB so this should be a better choice than the 500mA models. I've knocked it down one star for the fact the pins are a little tight in the socket. When you combine it with the slightly less substantial plastic the earth pin is made from I can see a recipe for it snapping. I've seen reviews that mention that similar products have burnt out their electronic goods. I've left mine on charge all day at work so I can listen to my iPod through the stereo, it's never got any warmer than it does via my laptop.
