5 out of 5 stars What a camera   November 8, 2008

An underwater camera for less than 50. I've used mine twice scuba diving in Egypt. It's only certified to 15m but it didn't implode at 21m (oops). The pictures can be a little shakey so hold very still or rest on something. Fantastic in video mode. Buy decent batteries, an absolute must.
Also, very important removed the memory card when returning home. Someone stole mine out of my suitcase!!!!! But I love it so much, I'm buying another one

4 out of 5 stars Use it for the video function   September 23, 2008

I purchased this camera earlier this year and I've used it on 2 holidays, as stated by other reviews the stills function is prone to blurry images if the light is poor, but where this camera is exceptional value for money is the video function - you can get 50 minutes on a 1Gb SD card, for messing about in the sea this is a great camera.

One thing to consider is it eats AAA batteries, so if you are going to the beach, best replace them before you get in the water.

4 out of 5 stars Great value for the money   May 27, 2008

What do you expect for this money?!! If you want pics like professionals then spend 's, this is fantastic value for money compared to single use film cameras. You can see what you get and delete the bad pics with ease, got one for my daughter who is learning to scuba, so far she's just used it in the pool, no probs. Camera itself is very compact and fits in a pocket, very easy to use. Buy a 2gb card and a set of rechargeables (AA's - uses 2).

3 out of 5 stars About what you would expect for the price   March 9, 2008

Very basic but it's about what you expect for the price. Focus free so I got this for the kids to use. Not used case yet but it does seem very robust. Regular batteries are drained very fast. Poor in low light conditions, tends to give blurry photos.
